1-Day Panorama Safari

Description

This day trip offers the chance to discover some of the most breathtaking natural treasures in the province of Mpumalanga, from the soaring cliffs of the Blyde River Canyon to the tumbling Lisbon Falls. You can learn about the history, culture, and ecology of the area while taking part in an unforgettable experience with the help of an experienced tour guide.

After being picked up from your Hazyview lodging, you will depart for Blyde River Canyon, one of the world’s greatest canyons and a must-see site. Beautiful scenery, striking rock formations, and cascading waterfalls may all be found in the canyon. Then we make our way to Bourke’s Luck Potholes, a collection of naturally occurring rock formations created over ages by the swirling motion of water. We will make a pit stop at Three Rondavels, a stunning natural formation that resembles an African home. Take a trip to Lisbon Falls, one of the highest waterfalls in the region. It is a breathtaking natural spectacle to watch the falls cascade down a succession of cliffs and into various pools. Leave for God’s Window, one of South Africa’s most stunning vistas. It provides expansive vistas of the Lowveld that go all the way to Mozambique.

Take a leisurely stroll along the rainforest trail; it’s a short, beautiful walk that gives you a chance to see a number of birds and other wildlife species. You return to your Hazyview lodging after the hike.
