13 Days Luxury Zimbabwe Safari

On your arrival at Victoria Falls Airport in Zimbabwe, will mark you start of your Safari. Your journey starts with a quick light aircraft flight from Victoria Falls to one of the biggest and most well-known national parks, Hwange National Park. It is well-known for having sizable populations of lions, tigers, and wild dogs. Your amiable and knowledgeable Dav Safaris guide will welcome you at the airport and drive you in a game vehicle to the camp.

Hwange National Park is well known for its large open landscapes that contain isolated bush and woodland areas. The park is particularly well-known for its sizable and expanding populations of wild dogs, elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs. After a fruitful morning of exploration, you will return to camp in the late morning, where you can unwind on your private verandah or in the general lounge area. Animals are kept out of the swimming pool, but it does include a portion where they can enter to drink, including elephants. The opportunity to take beautiful pictures while being so near to wild elephants is incredible. You’ll have a fantastic breakfast in camp this morning and participate in a morning safari excursion before leaving. When you arrive at the nearby airfield, the game vehicle will transport you to Bumi Hills on Lake Kariba. A luxurious residence known as Bumi Hills was constructed at the very top of an escarpment with a view of one of the biggest artificial lakes in the world. The sunsets are very breathtaking, and this is by far the best view of the lake. Your guide will meet you as you land at Bumi Hills Airstrip and take you in a game vehicle a short distance up the back end of the escarpment to the resort. Following check-in, a complimentary 30-minute massage is provided. After a filling meal, you will be driven down the escarpment’s front to a private jetty where you can board a river boat. You will take in what many consider to be the world’s best sunset location. On the boat, refreshments and canapes are provided for sunset. On your return to the lodge, a delicious dinner will be waiting for you.

Your next two full days will be spent visiting this spectacular and distinctive national park, with game drives, boat trips, bird and fishing trips, and walking safaris among the many safari activities you can select from. After your final breakfast with the Kariba people and your morning activities, you will take a light aircraft from the Bumi Hills Airstrip to the enchanted wilderness known as Mana Pools. Mana Pools is a safari enthusiast and safari guide’s dream because it is one of Africa’s few really wild and unspoiled wildlife environments. Your time in Mana Pools will be spent in one of the park’s premier luxury campgrounds. Enjoy views over the river to Zambia and the escarpment of the Rift Valley from the camp’s prime location on the banks of the Zambezi River, which is flanked by wide plains and forest.

You’ll spend the next two days and nights visiting Mana Pools. The Zambezi River passes through it, and the environment varies from dense bush to wide expanses and vast sandbanks.
