Itinary in details

Today early in the morning, you will travel from Cairo to central Egypt to explore the Tuna El-Gebel necropolis, which has the Ibis and baboon mummies as well as well-preserved burials and underground corridors. After that, you’ll eat lunch at a nearby restaurant. In the evening, you will drive to Minya and spend the night at a hotel.

Following breakfast at the hotel, you will explore the rock tombs of Beni Hassan, where the Middle Kingdom princes were buried. Unusual graphic depictions and inscriptions describe commonplace pursuits including handicrafts, sports, games, and hunting. After that excursion, you’ll eat lunch in nearby cafe. The journey proceeds to Tell El-Amarna, Akhenaten’s old capital that he built in tribute to the sun deity Aton. Following that, you will be restored to Cairo.
