2 Days Lake Natron Safari is a fantastic and thrilling Tanzania safari tour that takes you to see the country’s renowned “Red Lake.” Lake Natron is one of the most tranquil lakes in all of Africa, and it is situated in northern Tanzania, within the East African Rift System. This salt lake is 35 miles long and 15 miles wide; water enters but does not exit, and as it evaporates, it leaves behind significant amounts of salt and minerals. 2 Days Lake Natron Safari, The lake becomes very alkaline due to the salt, occasionally reaching a pH of 12 out of 14. Most animals cannot live in Lake Natron because of its extreme salinity and high temperature, which can reach 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Your guide will pick you up from your Arusha hotel, give you a safari orientation, and then drive you to Lake Natron. Make it to the lodge in time for lunch. After some downtime, take a leisurely guided walk to the southern end of Lake Natron to explore the ecological diversity and stunning flamingo breeding grounds. A variety of pink flamingos will be visible here. You will also be able to pass through a forest on your walk and see several giraffes there. As you return at the end of the day, you will get to see gorgeous sunsets. After that, you’ll travel to your lodging to have dinner and spend the night.

After breakfast at the lodge, leave to learn about the Masai people’s traditional way of life, cultures, and traditions, as well as to see their Bomas. Participate in various activities, such as milking cows, and engage in conversation with the local Masai tribe. Your two-day Lake Natron safari comes to an end after lunch when you proceed for a transfer back to Arusha and are dropped off at your hotel.
