This 3 Days Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara Safari is an exciting journey that will give you the chance to discover one of Tanzania’s top safari locations, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which offers incredible views of animals like elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, lions, leopards, zebras, cheetahs, among others, as well as the largest inactive volcanic caldera in the world. Additionally, the safari will take you to the Lake Manyara National Park, where you may see giraffes, zebras, lions that climb trees, buffalo, elephants, and wildebeests, among other creatures. Ngorongoro Crater It is located 120 kilometers (75 miles) west of Arusha. The caldera is 102 square miles (264 square km) in size and ranges in width from 10 to 12 miles (16 to 19 km). Lake Manyara national park is a site for wildlife viewing that is situated in the northern region of Tanzania, southwest of Arusha. On the first day of the three-day Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara Wildlife Safari, our driver-guide will pick you up, give you a briefing on the safari, and then begin the trip to Ngorongoro Conservation Area in the northern region of Tanzania. You will enjoy breathtaking views of the Masai communities, terrain, and farmlands during the two to three-hour trip, and after you arrive, you can check into the lodge and eat lunch. After lunch, you’ll go on a wildlife drive in the Ngorongoro crater, the largest empty, dormant caldera in the world. The big five mammals (elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, and rhinos) as well as other animals like zebras, wildebeest, waterbucks, gazelle, hyenas, cheetahs, hartebeest, impalas, elands, and various bird species will be breathtakingly visible as you descend down the crater during the game drive through the lush forests at the crater walls. You will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight after the wildlife drive.
After an early breakfast today, you’ll meet up with your driving guide to embark on a morning game drive. On this drive, you’ll be rewarded with fantastic views of grazers grazing on fresh grass with vigor, see big cats on a hunt, and see several bird species, among other things. You will return to the lodge for lunch following the game drive. You will depart the hotel after lunch and meet your driver/guide to travel to Lake Manyara National Park. When you first enter the park, you’ll go on an evening game drive where you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of animals like elephants, wildebeests, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and the tree-climbing lions that will be lying in the acacia tree branches, as well as various bird species like flamingos, primates like blue monkeys, baboons, and other creatures. You will travel to the lodge for dinner and overnight after the game drive.
Today is the third and final day of the three-day Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara Wildlife Safari. After an early breakfast, your driver guide will pick you up from the lodge to go on a morning game drive. During the game drive, you will have the opportunity to see large herds of elephants, buffalo, zebras, giraffes, waterbucks, impalas, bohor reedbucks, wildebeests, and bushbuck Lunch will be served at the lodge after the game drive. After lunch, you’ll check out of the lodge and meet your driver to take the trip to Arusha, where you’ll get some excellent views of the locals’ homes and villages. When you arrive, you’ll either be dropped off at the airport for your departing flight or at a location of your choice.
