3 Days Siwa Oasis Tour

At 6:00 am our knowledgeable tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo and transport you by private air-conditioned vehicle to the western part of Egypt. After leaving Cairo, we get to El Alamein. We will stop by the War Memorial and the WWII Museum there. We will have lunch en route, see the historic Siwan town of Shali when we will get in Siwa, and then have supper and spend the night at our hotel.

On this day, you will eat breakfast at the hotel before leaving at 9:00 a.m. afterwards; go swimming in Cleopatra’s spring. Visit the Alexander the Great Temple, also called the Temple of the Oracle, and the Mountain of the Dead. Have a beautiful lunch at a restaurant, and then continue your journey. The Great Sand Sea can be reached by going off-road after taking a typical tour of the city on a donkey-drawn cart. Later, while setting up our encampment, we will savor some authentic Bedouin tea.

You will start the day with breakfast in the enigmatic Egyptian deserts before continuing your trip at the hotel. Later, as we begin our journey back to Cairo, we will stop at Marsa Matrouh, or the “North Coast of Egypt,” for lunch.
