4 Days Diego & Montagne d’Ambre Tour

Upon landing at Diego Suarez International Airport, Your guide will meet you and transfer you to your Lodge. The eco-lodge is located near Diego Suarez (Antsiranana) in the north of Madagascar, at the Montagne d’Ambre National Park’s entrance, and it has a view of the Bay of Diego in the Channel of Mozambique. Depending on when we arrive, you will have a guided tour of the park in the afternoon before retiring for the night to our cozy lodge.

Following breakfast, we’ll go for a full-day excursion to the Montagne d’Ambre National Park. The Amber Mountain, which rises from much drier nearby lowlands, gets its name from the resin that leaks from some of its trees. Lemurs, beautiful scenery, birds, waterfalls, and unique indigenous plants are just a few of the sights you can view.

Today, we will return to Diego, where you’ll spend your final night. Spend some time strolling through this town, a mosaic of people where white djellabas meet the colorful loincloths worn by the ladies, many of whom frequently have face masks on. Your hotel is only five minutes from the city center and is located in the stunning Diego Suarez Bay, surrounded by a tropical garden. You may enjoy panoramic views of the ocean’s turquoise seas from its beautiful rooms and suites.

After breakfast, you will be picked up and driven to Diego Suarez Airport, where your northern Madagascar adventure will come to an end.
