4 Days Rwanda Double Gorilla Trekking & Golden Monkeys

When you land in Kigali, you’ll be met by your guide, board a safari vehicle, and go to Ruhengeri town via the Kigali genocide monument. Lunch will be served on the way, and then transfer to the lodge.

After breakfast, go to the park’s main office to receive a briefing about the primates in the jungle. And after that, embark on a primate hike through the jungle. When you encounter gorillas, capture stunning pictures and videos. Return to the park office to obtain your gorilla trekking certificate before driving back to your accommodation to unwind. Visit the Iby’iwacu Cultural Village in the evening to see performances by Rwandan artists, browse the handicrafts, and then head back to your lodge for dinner and the night.

Have breakfast, and then travel back to the park offices for another briefing on the mountain gorillas before trekking the second family in the jungle. Return to the lodge for dinner and the night following the trekking.

On this day after breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing about golden monkey tracking. After that, enter the park to look for the golden monkey and other primates. Birds and butterflies will also be seen there. After lunch, board the safari vehicle and then be driven back to Kigali, where you may check into your hotel or take a flight back home.
