This 4 Days Tanzania Safari Tour is an incredible Tanzania safari that takes visitors through some of Tanzania’s most stunning national parks. This itinerary includes visits to Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, and Ngorongoro Crater. Tarangire National Park is the sixth-largest national park in Tanzania, has a total size of 2,850 square kilometers and is named for the Tarangire River, which traverses the park. The Tarangire ecosystem’s animals rely solely on the river for water during the dry season. The park is situated between the lakes of the Great Rift Valley to the north and west and the grasslands of the Masai Steppe to the south and east.

From Tarangire national park we will visit Lake Manyara national park is a wildlife viewing site in northern Tanzania, approximately 70 kilometers south-west of Arusha. The Park offers a wilderness experience in a variety of environments, including its soda lake in the Rift Valley, dense forests, and jagged mountain sides. The park is renowned for its peculiar tree-climbing lions and the large elephant herds, in addition to its breathtaking setting. We shall proceed to Ngorongoro Crater The largest caldera on the planet.

Itinary in details

Upon your arrival, you will be picked up by your safari guide at the airport or from your hotel in Arusha. He will give you a briefing on your safari before driving you to Tarangire National Park, which is famous for its big elephant herds and diverse bird species. Additionally, you will take part in an afternoon game drive in Tarangire National Park where you will search for various wildlife species like elephants, buffalo, antelopes, zebras, lions, and leopards among others. You will travel to your lodge for dinner and overnight accommodation following the wildlife drive.

Today, you will be served breakfast at your lodge before departing for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will enjoy a safari in the Ngorongoro crater, which is home to many different wildlife species, including the big 5, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, cheetahs, antelopes, elands, impalas, gazelles, waterbucks, and hartebeests among others. It is the largest active caldera in the world. Additionally, you will descend into the Ngorongoro crater 600 meters. You will appreciate visiting places like Lake Magadi, where you may witness hippos and flamingos along the lake’s shoreline. You will have dinner and spend the night at the resort following this excursion.

After breakfast at your lodge today, your guide will take you to the Lake Manyara National Park, which is home to elephants, other wildlife, and tree-climbing lions. On your way to the national park, you will stop in the town of Mto wa Mbu, where you may browse craft stores. Additionally, you’ll go on a game drive, tour Lake Manyara National Park, and take in its varied beauty. As you explore the national park, keep an eye out for many animal species, including antelopes, gazelles, buffalos, leopards, waterbucks, monkeys, and baboons, as well as several bird species. After your wildlife drive, have lunch before embarking on one of the most incredible activities, a guided walking safari. Return to the resort and unwind while you wait for supper and an overnight stay.

You will go on one last game drive in the park before leaving. After breakfast, your guide will drive you to Arusha to catch your flight back home.
