5 days Amboseli & Ol Pejeta Safari is a combined safari that takes you to Ol Pejeta Conservancy and Amboseli National Park in Kenya. Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a 364 sq. km wildlife reserve with the highest game-to-area ratio among Kenyan parks and reserves. It is located between the foothills of Mount Kenya and the Aberdares. With approximately 10,000 large mammals, the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya is the only park where visitors can see the big five and chimpanzees. In addition, it is home to the rhino population in Africa that is expanding the quickest. There are southern white rhino, roughly 80 endangered black rhino, and two of the last northern white rhino in the world are found in a protected refuge. Amboseli national park is one of the top Kenya safari destinations, and it is situated in the Loitoktok section of the Rift Valley. The park is 240 kilometers southeast of Nairobi, Kenya’s capital city.

Itinary in details

Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International airport you will be picked by safari driver-guide who will give a briefing on your Safari. This park is located 5 hours from Nairobi; you will reach the park in the afternoon hours and have lunch. Amboseli National Park is a beautiful national park with a beautiful backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. The area is also home to enormous herds of elephants and many other creatures, including lions, Cape buffalo, and leopards, which you will encounter on an afternoon game drive.

You’ll awaken to the soothing sounds of singing birds and animals, eat breakfast, and then go with your packed lunch to Amboseli National Park, the second-most popular wildlife destination in Kenya. You may enjoy seeing a variety of creatures while driving through the park’s different trails, including herds of elephants, lions, leopards, warthogs, elands, wildebeests, cape buffaloes, and rhinos, among others.

After a picnic lunch with stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro and a variety of wildlife, including sizable herds of elephants, you’ll return to your lodge to relax before your evening game drive. The Selenkay Conservancy is the destination for the evening game drive, where you will enjoy viewing wildlife en route to a sundowner location, including Thomson and Grant’s gazelles, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and many more. After the sundowners experience, you will embark on another wildlife drive and utilize a spotlight to observe various nocturnal creatures, including African wild cats, several, bat-eared foxes, and caracals. Then go back to your lodge, have dinner, and spend the night there.

After breakfast this morning at your lodge, you will check out and go to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. On the way, you will stop for lunch in Nairobi before continuing to the 360-square-foot wildlife conservancy, which is located between the foothills of Mount Kenya and the Aberdares. Numerous creatures, including lions, elephants, cape buffaloes, rhinoceroses, leopards, chimpanzees, and many more, call the conservancy home. After you arrive in the conservancy, you will immediately go on a game drive to view some of the species that call it home. In the evening, you will return to your lodge, eat dinner, and spend the night there.

Wake up for breakfast at your lodge, then proceed to the conservancy for a complete day of exploring and wildlife viewing. You may enjoy seeing a variety of species on these game drives, including lions, elephants, cape buffaloes, rhinoceroses, chimpanzees, and olive baboons. You’ll have a picnic lunch set up at any picnic location for lunch and then go on another game drive. In the evening, you’ll head back to your lodge for supper and the night.

After breakfast at your lodge, you’ll say goodbye to Ol Pejeta Conservancy and travel to Nairobi, where you’ll be dropped off at either your hotel or the airport in time for your flight home.
