Today you will be met at Lilongwe International Airport and transferred to The Makokola Retreat, an enchanting lakeside retreat. The resort is located on the southern tip of Lake Malawi, and the drive takes like three hours. Upon arrival, settle into your cozy Beach Room, which comes equipped with a king-sized bed or twin beds as well as a private bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. You will have a nice sun deck outside with cozy chairs.

The Makokola Retreat will provide all meals, a few drinks, and a few activities throughout your stay. You will have these two days to yourself to enjoy the many experiences on offer, to relax on a plush daybed, or to check into the spa for complete luxury and treatment. Boating, sailing, snorkeling, canoeing, and motorized watersports such as water skiing are some of water-based activities to enjoy.
