5 Days Sossusvlei Sojourn Self Drive Safari

p>When you arrive in Windhoek, our representative will meet you and assist you in collecting your rental vehicle. You can spend the remainder of the day at your leisure after making your way to the Guesthouse in a peaceful neighborhood near to the city center.M

You will travel 365 km (approximately 5.5 hours) south-west of Windhoek using the directions provided to get to Sossusvlei. After you have checked into your lodge, you have the remainder of the day to do as you like before the late-afternoon nature drive departs. Spend the night at Sossusvlei Desert Lodge, in the middle of the Namib Desert.

To avoid the Namibian heat today, you will rise early. During your tour of the renowned Sossusvlei and Deadvlei, you’ll have the opportunity to climb and descend a few dunes and snap pictures. You’ll discover a little bit about the dunes’ native wildlife and how it has adapted to live in this harsh environment. The rest of the day is at your discretion; you can choose to unwind in your accommodation or lounge by the swimming pool, which offers breathtaking views of the Namibian countryside.

Today, take a drive back to Windhoek to catch your flight home or to your next destination.
