Itinary in details

On the morning of the first day of the safari, a representative from our company will pick you up from your hotel in Kampala or another nearby location. You will then be briefed as you drive to Mengo Hill and directly to Bulange, where the parliament of the Buganda kingdom meets to discuss important issues pertaining to the Buganda kingdom. You will learn about the history of the Lubiri palace, which was once a palace to the Kabaka Mwanga of the Buganda kingdom, as well as the Kabaka’s Lake and all the other lovely attractions in this region while you are in Lubiri.

On this day of your Uganda cultural tour, you will be picked up from your hotel in Kampala and taken to Kasubi Hill, where you can explore the kings of the Buganda kingdom’s burial grounds.

Ndere Cultural Center: The Ndere cultural troupe will entertain you with a fascinating performance in the evening at the Ndere Cultural Center. Traditional dances and drama from various cultural groups and tribes make up the entirety of this entertainment. This will be the ideal way to wrap up your cultural tour of Uganda. After dinner, spend the night at the lodge.

Uganda National Museum: On the third day of your safari, after breakfast, you will meet your Uganda safari driver for a ride to the Kamwokya where the Uganda National Museum is located. The Uganda National Museum is regarded as the oldest and most gorgeous museum in all of East Africa with an ethnographic record of various cultural customs, musical instruments, and the complete lifestyle history of various cultures in Uganda. You can look at musical instruments, animal skulls, and other artifacts while visiting the museum’s various huts, each of which depicts a different tribe’s way of life in Uganda.

Sezibwa falls: On the third day of your Uganda cultural tour, you will visit the Uganda Museum, have lunch, and then travel straight from Mukono to Sezibwa Waterfalls. The majority of Baganda visit the sezibwa falls to pray to their gods for a fruit of the womb and wealth because they believe that these water falls were produced by a woman, which has a significant impact on their daily lives. Later, you’ll travel back to Kampala to eat and stay the night.

Igongo Cultural Center: Following breakfast at your hotel, you will meet your driver and travel to western Uganda to learn more about the Ankole culture. The Bachwezi founded the Ankole dynasty in 1500 among the Banyankore, who are renowned for being cattle keepers.
