Itinary in details

On arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to your accommodation by a Dav Safaris representative. For your sunset ride on the majestic Zambezi River, you will be picked up this afternoon. You will have the opportunity to observe hippos, crocodiles, and other creatures as they descend to the river’s side in the early evening. For two hours the boat will be sailing while you enjoy beverages and nibbles. You will be transported back to your hotel after your sunset cruise. The remaining portion of the evening will be spent leisurely.

After breakfast, you’ll be taken up for a tour to Victoria Falls. You will explore the Zimbabwean side because there are many breathtaking vantage points along the length of the fall. From View Point 1 to View Point 16, we will stroll through the stunning, unspoiled, misty rain forest that surrounds the fall. This comprises Cataract Island, Livingstone Island, the Boiling Pot, Horseshoe Falls, Rainbow Falls, and the Main Falls. The spectacular Victoria Falls is a well-known tourist destination known to the Tongans as Musi O Tunya, which translates to “Smoke that Thunders.” You will return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and a night stay.

This morning, you will be driven to Hwange National Park, a two-hour journey from Victoria Falls. Hwange National Park is one of Zimbabwe’s seven natural marvels, spanning 14,000 square kilometers of unspoiled wilderness. The park is Zimbabwe’s largest national park and is home to many different animal and bird species. The rest of the evening is spent relaxing by the fire.

Today, you’ll have the chance to go on an exhilarating morning and afternoon game drive. The first game drive in the main park takes place from 6:45 am to about 9:45 am and lasts about three hours. Prior to the afternoon game drive, which departs at 3:00 pm, lunch will be served. Throughout this entire day, best wishes.

Following an early breakfast, you will be transferred to Victoria Falls Airport for your trip back home. We’ll stop along the route if we see something interesting.
