Itinary in details

When you arrive in South Africa’s wildlife-rich Lowveld, Klaserie , you will be greeted by your driver guide – and then take your first game drive on the route to your lodge. They will stop if any wildlife is spotted along the way, so keep your camera close by. Have your camera on hand since they will stop if any wildlife is seen along the way. You may expect to see plenty of animals in this “Big Five” reserve that borders Kruger National Park today’s afternoon and over the next two days. One of the largest privately-owned reserves in South Africa, the 600km2 (230mi2) Klaserie Private Nature Reserve borders the national park without fences. Animals easily move between Klaserie and Kruger National Park, one of the Greater Kruger’s most unspoiled and pristine wilderness areas, resulting in a spectacular ecosystem and one of Africa’s top safari destinations.

Today you will camp on the seasonal Ntsiri River, and you can expect an abundance of superb wildlife viewing while at Senalala, with the camp itself overlooking a drinking hole that attracts a continual flow of species. Every morning and evening, an expert ranger and his team of guides lead a game viewing excursion in quest of sightings that will provide visitors to this remote area the amazing experience they are hoping for. The bird watching is excellent, and the “Big Five” are frequently seen. A game drive or a bush walk is available to tourists. Those who are 16 years of age or older might pick the latter to enjoy the minute details of nature that aren’t usually visible from a vehicle.

On this day, your driver will take you to the Kruger-Mpumalanga Nelspruit Airport so you can catch a flight to Livingstone, Zambia. Upon your arrival in Zambia your driver guide will be waiting for to transfer you to your campsite where you will spend the overnight. In the later afternoon you will go for an evening sunset cruise along River Zambezi.

You get up early this morning and go to the adjacent Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park for a Rhino Walking Safari, where you will see Zambia’s only living population of white rhino. This is followed by lunch at the Elephant Café with the resident herd. You are then carried by boat down the Zambezi to the Zimbabwean bridge/border, where you disembark and have a complimentary guided tour of the Zambian side of the Victoria Falls.

This morning, we are happy to provide you with a free guided tour of the Victoria Falls (Zimbabwean side; entrance price included). Before transferring you to Victoria Falls Airport for your onward travel arrangements.
