This fascinating excursion covers the Chobe Riverfront and the Okavango Delta. There is a wide variety of species to witness along the Chobe River, making it a fascinating experience. The Okavango Delta is the largest inland delta in the world and is a World Heritage Site. You can go wildlife viewing, fishing, bird watching, or go on an actual guided mokoro journey in a traditional dugout canoe across this wetland wonderland. We are excited to plan an adventure for you in Botswana.
When you arrive, your tour guide will meet you at the airport and transport you to Chobe Bakwena, one of our favorite places. It shares a boundary with Chobe National Park and is situated on the banks of the Chobe River. The lovely tent apartments have views of the river or the forest. You can go on boat tours and game drives while you’re there. Chobe is famous for its enormous quantity of wildlife, particularly elephants, which may frequently be seen swimming in the river. With the abundance of wildlife to be enjoyed together with the warmth and luxury of the lodge, we have no doubt that this will be an amazing experience.
Once you’ve had breakfast, you’ll fly to the Moremi Crossing from Kasane Airport. You may make up to 3 stops along the trip, and the flight’s time is scheduled closer to the event. Important: There are severe limits on both body weight and luggage. The Okavango is a vast river that never empties into the ocean. Instead, its crystal-clear waters created Africa’s largest wetland wonder by spreading across the Kalahari Desert. Because of the waterways’ intricate network of meandering and intersecting channels, it is home to some of Africa’s most renowned animals. Moremi Crossing is situated on a palm-fringed island bordered by the Moremi’s game-rich seasonal floodplains and overlooks Chief’s Island. The tents are set up on high platforms, each with its own veranda. There are also family and honeymoon tents available. Enjoy a variety of activities during your visit, including as mokoro excursions, forest walks, island camping, and motorboat sunset cruises.
Unfortunately, your final day has arrived, and you will have the same flight conditions as the prior journey to Maun to connect with your overseas departure.
