Itinary in details

On this day, you’ll meet your driver-guide and start your safari by traveling from Arusha’s downtown to Tarangire via a number of rural settlements and farms.

You will have your first game drive in Tarangire National Park following breakfast. With its extensive grassland plains, savannah, forest, woods, lakes, and marshes, this park boasts an intriguing environment. There are several animals that live in each region. Don’t forget to look at the numerous termite mounds that dot the area. The dwarf mongoose takes control of them and makes use of them as houses once the termites have abandoned them. Beautiful scenery may be found throughout Tarangire National Park. The park has a lot to offer. Nearly 500 different species of birds call it home. For bird watchers, this is an absolute must. More than 30 huge herbivorous creatures live there. While meandering through this amazing stretch of unmatched natural beauty, look out for the towering and dense baobab trees, swampland, rivers, and lakes, and enjoy spotting various games. In a lovely location, enjoy your picnic lunch inside the park. Continue your drive in the direction of the northwest, passing through the breathtakingly beautiful farm-filled highland landscape, and you will eventually arrive at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. From here, you may go to the Serengeti’s huge plains, where — with any luck — you’ll begin to see animals well before you enter the park.

After breakfast, you’ll embark on an incredible game drive in the Serengeti National Park, which is renowned for its environment, stunning natural surroundings, and abundance of animals, birds, and insects. Expect to witness species like Thomson’s gazelles, wildebeest, lions, zebras, and more against a breathtaking terrain as your backdrop. Every year, animals from the Serengeti migrate thousands of miles across East Africa, and this park serves as their home base. This park is so enormous that it actually dwarfs a few tiny nations. Between Lake Victoria, Lake Eyasi, and the Great Rift Valley, it is located. You will be taken back to the lodge for lunch, or you can choose to pack a picnic and eat it there.

After breakfast, you will embark on an unforgettable wildlife drive through the vast Serengeti. After breakfast, you will embark on an unforgettable wildlife drive through the vast Serengeti. Continue the trip with an afternoon wildlife drive in the renowned Serengeti National Park. The name Serengeti, which translates to “endless plains” in Masai, refers to a vast area of land that includes woodlands, rainforest, and wilderness. The park continues to serve as a creative inspiration for writers, filmmakers, photographers, and artists.

After breakfast, you leave for Ngorongoro with a picnic lunch to enjoy the game that is present throughout the huge Serengeti plains. The Olduvai Gorge is an option for you to use. There have been numerous amazing archaeological finds in this region. Additionally, it is a stunning region with lush, green ground and Tanzanian Acacia trees towering majestically over the surroundings. A different choice would be to go to a Masai village and discover their entrancing singing and dance along with their nomadic culture. You should definitely attempt to compete in the men’s high jumps!

You leave this morning to explore the world’s biggest intact volcano caldera. The eighth wonder of the world, Ngorongoro Crater, is frequently mentioned. The volcano that caused the crater to erupt thousands of years ago is now home to around 25,000 big creatures. The enormous, walled crater, which also has gorgeous lakes, rich forests, and broad grasslands, is home to a harmonious population of animals. The crater floor is made up of a number of unique regions due to its vastness and diversity, including woodland, swamps, lakes, and springs as well as open grassland and even sand dunes. Amazing wildlife encounters can be had here. A picnic lunch is provided with a view of a tiny lake teeming with hippos. It is really amazing and has not changed throughout the years. There are 25,000 huge creatures living within the crater’s thick walls. They ramble among the forests and lakes. Bull elephants, rhinos, lions, hyenas, buffalo, wildebeest, and many other magnificent animals can be observed in the wild.

After breakfast, leave and travel to Arusha across the Masai Steppe, which is home to numerous farms and settlements.
