7 Days Tanzania wildlife and Zanzibar safari

On the first day of your 7-day Tanzania wildlife and Zanzibar safari, your guide will pick you up from your Arusha hotel and welcome you to your safari. You will receive a briefing as you get ready to drive from Arusha to the Serengeti National Park, which is home to a variety of wildlife species, including lions, elephants, rhinoceroses, buffaloes, antelopes, zebras, wildebeests, kudus, leopards, and cheetahs. You’ll check into your lodge for dinner and overnight lodging.

As you get ready for a full day of wildlife viewing in Serengeti national park, you will have breakfast at your lodge. The day will begin with a morning game drive through the national park, during which you’ll be on the lookout for animals like elephants, wildebeests, cheetahs, antelopes, kudu, giraffes, waterbucks, zebras, and gazelles, among others. Following your early-morning game drive, you’ll have lunch. After lunch, you will take part in an afternoon game drive where you can look for other wildlife species in the Serengeti National Park’s savannah plains while also taking in the park’s breathtaking scenery. After dinner, you will return to your lodge to spend the night.

You will be served breakfast at your lodging as you get ready to travel from Serengeti National Park to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. During your game drive, you will enter the Ngorongoro crater 600 meters below the surface. The Ngorongoro crater floor is home to a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffalo, rhinoceroses, cheetahs, hippos, antelopes, kudu, zebras, impalas, and gazelles. In the crater, Lake Magadi is a popular destination where you can see flamingos and other bird species on the lake’s shores. After the experience, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Your guide will pick you up from your lodge after breakfast and drive you to Arusha, where you will check in and eat lunch at the hotel. Additionally, you will take a tour of Arusha before returning to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Your tour guide will transport you to the airport for your flight from Arusha to Zanzibar. Your Zanzibar guide will meet you at the airport upon arrival in Zanzibar and transport you to your hotel where lunch will be served. Additionally, you will get to experience Stone Town and take a tour of the old city. During your safari, you’ll also stroll through Stone Town’s alleys and stop by Darajani Market.

You will have breakfast at your Zanzibar hotel as you prepare for your exploration of Zanzibar. You’ll appreciate the experience of taking a traditional dhow out on the Indian Ocean. Seeing dolphins while on a boat ride will be fun. During your tour, you can swim and snorkel as well. In addition to relaxing and enjoying lunch, you will visit the island. As you return to your hotel for dinner and the night, you’ll also get to take in the sunset.

You will be driven from your hotel in Zanzibar to the airport after breakfast, where your flight will put an end to your safari.
