8 Days Okavango Delta, Khwai and Chobe Wildlife Safari

On this day you will arrive in Botswana and our Safari driver guide will welcome you and also give a brief introduction about the tour. Then you will be transferred to your lodge where you will have dinner and overnight stay. In the evening your will enjoy your leisure since won’t be any activity.

Get up early and eat breakfast. Your guide will pick you up from your lodging and give you a briefing on the day’s activities. During the high water season, transfer by motorboat, where you will be met by a knowledgeable guide and a polar bear. You’ll be camping on one of the Delta’s many islands. You will pass through the stunning and vastness of the delta on your way to your camping location. When you arrive, the staff will set up camp and then point you in the direction of your camping tents. You will eat lunch and then take a siesta after a short while. You can take tea and continue your afternoon game walk in the park after the siesta. After your afternoon game walk, return to the camp, take a refreshing shower, and then dinner will be served. The visitor will choose when to go to bed.

Get up early, take a quick shower, and eat breakfast before starting the early morning game walk in the park. Return to the camp. You will eat lunch and then take a siesta after a short while. Following the siesta, you can have tea and continue your mokoro sunset cruise as you float through the network of channels looking for wildlife like elephants, buffalo, crocodiles, hippos, and bird species. A skilled pooler will be with you at all times to help you spot wildlife and educate you on the intricate ecosystem of this stunning region. After your afternoon cruise to see the sun set, return to the camp for a refreshing shower and dinner.

Get up early, take a quick shower, and then eat breakfast. Before returning to the mokoro station to continue your safari to Khwai Concession, take a brief game walk within the park while the staff breaks down the camp. When you arrive, the staff will set up camp and then point you to your camping tents. You will eat lunch and take a siesta after a short while. You can continue your afternoon game drive inside the park after the siesta. After your afternoon game drive, return to the camp, take a refreshing shower, and then have dinner.

Get up early, take a quick shower, and then eat breakfast. After breakfast, travel through Khwai to Savuti, which is renowned for having a lot of big predators, and see Savuti Marsh. When you arrive, the staff will help you set up camp and direct you to your camping tents. You will eat lunch and take a siesta after a short while. Following your siesta, you can have tea and continue your afternoon game drive within the park. Later return to the tent for dinner and overnight stay.

Today you will wake very early in the morning and take your breakfast. After you will have a full day to experience the channel and all its wildlife. In the evening you will return back to the camp for dinner and overnight.

After eating an early breakfast, we will travel to Chobe River Front. We’ll travel 30 km of sealed road through the park to get to BOGA Campsite. Along the way, you’ll pass a few villages. On the way, a picnic lunch will be provided. When you arrive, the staff will set up camp and then point you in the direction of your camping tents. You can have tea and continue your short game drive inside the park after the siesta. After your afternoon game drive, return to the camp, take a refreshing shower, and then eat dinner.

After breakfast your will go for your last game drive to spot numerous wildlife and stunning breathtaking view. After the game drives you will head to the airport to catch your flight back home.
