You’ll arrive at ORT Johannesburg International Airport today, to take a connecting flight to Eastgate Airport in the Kruger. When you arrive at Eastgate Airport, a from our company representative will be there to greet you and bring you the 30 minutes to Southern Camp in the Kapama Private Game Reserve in time for your afternoon game drive. On this day, you will depart and return by vehicle to ORT Johannesburg before continuing on to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. You will be greeted at the Victoria Falls Airport upon arrival and driven to the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, where you will stay for three nights. The lodge’s multiple levels of thatch and timber construction give the idea that it is a huge open-plan tree home. Each accommodation has an own balcony, many of which have views of the hotel’s main watering hole and provide the best opportunities for seeing buffalo, elephant, and kudu herds as dusk falls. Later in the evening, hyenas frequently congregate! A micro light flight over the area, a sunset cruise down the Zambezi River, or, for the extremely daring, a bungee leap off the Victoria Falls Bridge are all optional activities.
You will travel for two hours by road to Kasane Airport in Botswana at a future date to be determined.
