6 days Mara and Amboseli wildlife safari

Description

This 6 days Mara and Amboseli wildlife safari is a wildlife-watching adventure that departs from Nairobi and allows you to travel to various Kenyan locations while looking for various wildlife species. You’ll look for animals including elephants, lions, leopards, rhinoceroses, buffaloes, cheetahs, giraffes, antelopes, gazelles, impalas, and zebras among others on your safari. Amboseli National Park is situated 140 miles (220 km) southeast of Nairobi, in the south of Kenya, near the Tanzanian border. It is also close to Mount Kilimanjaro. After the Masai Mara National Reserve, it is one of Kenya’s best safari destinations and is known for its huge elephant herds and breathtaking vistas of Mount Kilimanjaro on the Tanzanian side. Amboseli National Park is dominated by five ecosystems, including open plains, acacia woods, lava rock formations covered in prickly shrubs and palm palms, swamps, and marshlands covering a portion of Amboseli, a dry Pleistocene lake basin.

6 days Mara and Amboseli Wildlife Safari, The renowned Masaai Mara National Reserve, and Amboseli National Park are also included in the 6-day Kenya Wildlife Safari’s outstanding wildlife viewing opportunities. You can search for the “big 5” (lion, buffalo, elephant, leopard, and rhino) as well as a variety of other animals on this safari, including topis, wildebeest, giraffes, zebras, cape buffaloes, impalas, lions, spotted hyenas, sizable herds of elephants, and much more.

The Masai Mara Reserve and Amboseli National Park are two of Kenya’s top tourist attractions that you can see while on this safari.

The Masai Mara, known for the annual migration of wildebeests (June to October), is home to a variety of wildlife, including all five members of the fabled Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and elephant). The mara provides Kenya’s best opportunities to observe lions, as well as a decent chance to see other big cats like leopards, hyenas, and cheetahs.

If you visit Kenya, you must see the iconic photograph of Mount Kilimanjaro taken in Kenya’s Amboseli National Park. The park is situated in the leeward (rain shadow) of the mountain, which generated desert conditions in the Amboseli, turning it into a dry, dusty plain. The park is located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. The plain features a lot of tiny lakes and bogs that are supplied by underground rivers from Kilimanjaro, and these draw a lot of animals views than in Masai mara
