5 Days Tanzania Wildlife Safari

Description

5 Days Tanzania Wildlife Safari is a journey to several locations in northern Tanzania, starting with a drive through Arusha, then continuing to Tarangire National Park for wildlife viewing opportunities, Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will learn about its various attractions, and finally Lake Manyara National Park. Tarangire national park is dominated by enormous Baobab Trees, vast open spaces, and the Tarangire River, which has shrunk to a shadow of its former self due to the dry season. Nevertheless, wildlife has overrun it. Up to 300 elephant herds prowl the dry riverbed in search of hidden streams, while migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and eland overcrowd the lagoons that are becoming smaller. It is the only location in Tanzania where dry-country antelope like the stately fringe-eared oryx and peculiar long-necked gerenuk are regularly sighted. It also has the highest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem, making it a smorgasbord for predators.

The Ngorongoro Crater is situated southeast of Serengeti National Park in the Arusha region of northern Tanzania. It spans a region of the Eastern (Great) Rift Valley in eastern Africa that is about 3,200 square miles (8,300 square kilometers) in size and is home to a variety of habitats and landscapes, including grassland plains, savanna woodlands, forests, mountains, volcanic craters, lakes, rivers, and swampland.

is one of Tanzania’s premier national parks, located in the Arusha area. The park is well-known for its distinctive inhabitants, tree-climbing lions, which are uncommon and can only be found in Tanzania’s Manyara and Serengeti. In the Ishasha region of Queen Elisabeth National Park in Uganda, one can also see the tree-climbing lions. This park is one of Tanzania’s tiniest national parks, measuring 330 square kilometers.
